Haunted Chocolatier on PC
PC (Windows) is the confirmed home for Haunted Chocolatier. The specific storefront is not yet official.

In the official FAQ, Barone writes: “The only platform I am 100% certain about is PC.” The game is built on a new C#/MonoGame engine.
Storefront Not Named
No official store page (Steam, GOG, Epic, etc.) has been announced. Given Stardew Valley’s strong presence on Steam, it is the most likely PC storefront — but treat that as an expectation, not a confirmation.
Wishlist Status
With no release date, there is nothing to wishlist or pre-order yet. Watch the official site and blog for the storefront reveal.
